Bhetki Macher Paturi is a Traditional Bengali Dish the place boneless Bhetki Maach i.e Sea Bass fish together with paste of mustard and coconut is wrapped in banana leaf and cooked in low flame and the result’s melting in mouth Bhetki Macher Paturi . The speciality about this fish preparation is double marination which make the fish soo mushy and scrumptious.

Ingredients :
Bhetki Maach(SeaBass fish): 250 grams(boneless)
Mustard Oil
Turmeric
Salt
Black Mustard seeds- 2 tbsp
White mustard seed – 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp
Green chilli
Shredded coconut – 1 cup
coriander (elective)
water – 10 ml
Hung curd- 1/2 cup
Banana leaf – 1 (large)
