At least 1,941 people have been killed by an earthquake that hit Haiti on Saturday.
Nearly 10,000 people are injured and many more are still missing.
Experts warn many areas have still not been properly searched for survivors.
Five days after the earthquake there is little or no help for many of those affected.
Haiti has also been hit by Tropical Storm Grace, further complicating what rescue efforts have been put in place and turning camps for the newly homeless into mud baths.
BBC journalists say that airfields expected to receive international aid are quiet with very few aid deliveries coming in.
